Wellness and Nutrition Coaching

Wellness and Nutrition coaching for women who want to make the most of themselves and of their lives. 

I'm not your typical coach.   I don't believe in tough love.  I don't believe in pushing your limits at every opportunity.   Above all, I don't believe in telling you what's right for you.  Because you know yourself better than I do.

I don't believe in dragging you along.   And I don't believe in kicking you from behind.   I believe in walking along side you, holding your hand, and helping you to navigate your own way on your journey.

My approach is based on seeing you as a whole person and on helping you to see yourself.  I recognize that everyone of us is different and there is no "one size fits all" solution.  Instead, I choose to go on a journey of self-discovery together in order to figure out what works best for you.

From my own experience, I recognize how hard it is for us to take care of ourselves.   Often we lack one of more of three things - time, money or knowledge.  And this in turn leads to a lack of motivation when it all seems too hard.  I see my role as helping you to navigate your way through the hurdles and obstacles that stand in your way.

I believe that I have a responsibility to give you the best advice possible based on expertise and facts.  This is why I have gained qualifications in food coaching and health & nutrition coaching as well as additional training in specialist fields.  I have researched the educational institutions carefully to ensure that they provide only the highest quality training materials in terms of both quality and depth of knowledge that I can pass on to you.

My approach avoids trends and fads.  It does not do "quick fixes".   It avoids restrictive practices that are both unhelpful to your long term health and also make it difficult to live your life to the full.  Instead, I employ common sense and established knowledge to find solutions which are personalised, beneficial and sustainable for you.    

Above all, I provide empowerment for you to help yourself through knowledge - through health and nutrition facts and strategies - and about yourself.
