I'm your remedial massage therapist with a difference - one that is soft and gentle.
My approach is based on the mind-body connection - the recognition that so much of our muscle tension is a direct result of our nervous system state. I provide gentle touch which quiets the mind and moves you out of that "flight or fight" mode that sees our bodies and muscles in a constant state of tension, ready to act at a moment's notice.
Light touch remedial is a system that avoids adding to the trauma that your muscles are already feeling. Instead, it soothes and relaxes - turning off the nerve signals that are causing your muscles to fire constantly. It teaches the muscles to relax naturally and shows them that there is a better way of being.
I'm also an intuitive aromatherapist, adding this as an extra element to my massages. This provides an extra level to the experience - spiriting you away on a journey into a land of peace and calm in which everyday stresses and worries no longer exist.
Above all, I provide personal care and attention - knowing that, deep down, this is what we all need the most. While you spend your time and energy caring for others, let me do the same for you.

Prices:
30 mins - $70, 60 mins - $100, 90 mins - $160
(Health fund rebates depend on your policy)
I recommend 60 mins as the ideal length of time for most clients.

Conveniently located within 2 mins of the Tuggeranong Parkway, here you can relax in your home-away-from-home, allowing yourself to be nurtured and cared for, away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
My clinic is open various times throughout the week and weekend - plus selected out-of-hours times for existing clients only, by request.
